Yamal Sets Teenage Scoring Record As Barcelona Beat Aston Villa 3–0
Yamal scored early and Raphinha added a second-half double as Barcelona moved level with Villa on nine Champions League points.

Lamine Yamal became the highest-scoring teenager in Champions League history as Barcelona beat Aston Villa 3–0 at the Camp Nou on Tuesday, November 3. Raphinha added both second-half goals as Barcelona reached nine points from four league-phase matches.
Yamal opened the scoring in the seventh minute after intercepting Emiliano Buendía’s pass and curling his finish into the far corner, Barcelona reported. His record applies to goals scored before turning 20 in the Champions League.
Villa created chances before halftime, with Joan García making saves to protect the lead and Pedri clearing Matty Cash’s effort off the line. Barcelona remained one goal ahead at the break.
Raphinha doubled the advantage in the 52nd minute when his shot deflected off Pau Torres. He scored again 12 minutes later from João Cancelo’s delivery, completing the scoring. UEFA named Raphinha player of the match. The defeat ended Villa’s perfect start to this season’s league phase and left the teams level on nine points.
