Wilson’s Interception Helps Steelers Beat Saints 16–10 in Paris
Pittsburgh converted 10 of 16 third downs and held New Orleans to 18 rushing yards in the NFL’s first regular-season game in France.

The Pittsburgh Steelers beat the New Orleans Saints 16–10 on Sunday at Stade de France in Saint-Denis, France, with Payton Wilson’s third-quarter interception protecting a three-point lead.
Wilson picked off Tyler Shough at Pittsburgh’s 11-yard line with 7:43 left in the third quarter and returned the ball 18 yards. The Saints were trailing 13–10 when the turnover ended their scoring opportunity.
Jaylen Warren rushed for 101 yards on 18 carries. Aaron Rodgers completed 19 of 30 passes for 212 yards and a touchdown, a 4-yard throw to Darnell Washington in the second quarter. Pittsburgh converted 10 of 16 third downs.
Shough finished 30 of 38 for 278 yards, one touchdown and one interception. His 1-yard scoring pass to Devaughn Vele tied the game at 10 in the second quarter. New Orleans managed 18 rushing yards on 17 attempts.
Chris Boswell made three field goals, including a 47-yarder as the first half ended. A Saints offside penalty nullified another Boswell field goal late in the fourth quarter and gave Pittsburgh a first down, allowing the Steelers to kneel out the clock.
Pittsburgh improved to 5–2 and New Orleans fell to 2–5 after the NFL’s first regular-season game in France.
