The WTA’s new TikTok partnership will combine tournament content hubs, player-led videos and access for digital creators under an agreement announced November 2. The deal builds on the organizations’ work together over the past year.

TikTok GamePlan will host dedicated content destinations for eligible WTA 1000 tournaments, selected WTA 500 events and the WTA Finals. The hubs are intended to bring official tournament content together for fans.

The agreement also supports the WTA Creator Club, which will give participating digital creators access to tournaments and opportunities to produce material from around the tour. The organizations plan to help more players develop their own presence on TikTok.

The first event under the expanded arrangement was the November 3 WTA Finals draw livestream, according to Serve On SI’s November 4 report. The competition itself runs November 8–15 in Indian Wells.

The WTA described the partnership as a way to reach new audiences through its players and creators. Its announcement did not disclose a deal value or contract length.
