HBSE Names Ivo Legal AI Partner for 76ers, Devils and Prudential Center

Harris Blitzer Sports & Entertainment has signed a multiyear agreement making Ivo the official and exclusive legal AI partner of the Philadelphia 76ers, New Jersey Devils and Prudential Center, BINJE reported Wednesday.

The agreement includes a visible sponsorship role during games. Ivo will present official reviews, covering league-initiated reviews and coaches’ challenges, at 76ers and Devils home games.

Its branding will appear on arena video boards, courtside and rink-board displays, and broadcast feeds during replay decisions. The report describes the arrangement as Ivo’s first sports partnership in North America.

The commercial branding is paired with an internal software deployment. HBSE’s corporate legal team will use Ivo’s platform for work including contract drafting, redline generation, negotiations and legal research across the organization’s commercial properties.

HBSE partnerships executive Owen Morin said the organization believes the technology can support its legal staff. The announcement describes intended uses of the platform, without providing a measured improvement in processing time or legal costs. Financial terms were not disclosed in the report.
