Breece Hall Questionable for Raiders Game After Quad Injury

Breece Hall remains questionable for the New York Jets’ November 1 game against the Las Vegas Raiders because of a quadriceps injury. The running back was limited in all three practices before receiving that designation on Friday, October 30.

Hall has missed four consecutive games since leaving New York’s September 27 loss at Detroit. He carried 13 times for 32 yards against the Lions before the injury, then sat out the meetings with Chicago, Cleveland, New England and Miami. He also caught three passes for 23 yards at Detroit.

The Jets’ injury report defines questionable as uncertainty over whether a player will play. Fellow running back Braelon Allen finished the week with consecutive full practices after an ankle issue and received no game designation. Hall’s limited participation therefore does not establish that he has been cleared.

In Hall’s absence, Allen rushed for 357 yards and one touchdown over four games, averaging 4.95 yards per carry, according to the Jets. Coach Aaron Glenn said Wednesday that he remained confident in both backs’ ability to handle the running game and that their roles would not change.

Hall’s three appearances this season produced 163 rushing yards and a touchdown on 51 attempts, plus ten receptions for 102 yards. His largest rushing output came in the opener at Tennessee, when he gained 102 yards on 22 carries and scored in a 23–10 victory.

The fifth-year back is coming off his first 1,000-yard rushing season. He gained 1,065 yards on 243 carries in 2025, scored four rushing touchdowns and added 36 catches for 350 yards and another score.

Sunday’s game is scheduled for 1 p.m. EST at MetLife Stadium and will air on FOX. New York then visits Kansas City on November 8. Hall’s availability for the Raiders remains unresolved under the final Friday report.
