Borussia Dortmund has extended its commercial marketing partnership with SPORTFIVE through June 30, 2034, the club announced Thursday.

The agreement was renewed ahead of schedule and continues a relationship that began in 1999. SPORTFIVE will help acquire and manage sponsors, develop commercial opportunities and market hospitality offerings at Signal Iduna Park.

Dortmund said the next phase would include developing existing partnerships, entering new business areas and expanding the club’s international positioning. The announcement did not disclose financial terms.

Chief executive Carsten Cramer described the extension in the club’s statement as a way to continue developing Dortmund’s commercial activities in Germany and abroad. SPORTFIVE Germany managing director Hendrik Schiphorst said the agency would continue working on the club’s commercial growth.
