UFC’s third-quarter revenue rose 60% to $519.2 million as higher distribution payments and two additional events lifted the promotion’s results, parent company TKO Group Holdings reported Nov. 4.

The total for the three months ended Sept. 30 compared with $325.2 million in 2025. Media rights, production and content generated $332.8 million, up $132.3 million. TKO attributed that growth to higher contractual fees, including its new Skydance distribution agreement that started in January, and an additional numbered event and Fight Night.

Live events and hospitality provided $79.6 million; partnerships and marketing generated $91.3 million; consumer products licensing and other revenue added $15.5 million. TKO said strong ticket sales at UFC 329 and two additional events helped live-event revenue.
