Gavin Hlady Earns EF Education-EasyPost Promotion for 2027
The 23-year-old American moves up after two seasons with EF’s development team and guest appearances with its WorldTour squad.
Gavin Hlady will move from EF Education-Aevolo to EF Education-EasyPost’s WorldTour roster in 2027, the team announced Wednesday.
The 23-year-old American has spent the past two seasons with EF’s development program after riding as a trainee with the senior team late in 2024. His 2026 results included top-10 finishes at the Tour de Bretagne and Flèche du Sud.
Hlady also rode for the WorldTour team at the Philadelphia Cycling Classic and Vuelta a Burgos. Head of scouting Sebastian Langeveld said his performances as a teammate and his positioning in demanding European races helped establish his readiness for promotion.
Hlady said he expects to work out his racing program and objectives with the team at its November training camp. The announcement did not specify the length of his WorldTour contract.
