Ravens Rule Out Jaylinn Hawkins; Nate Wiggins Questionable Against Jaguars
Hawkins will miss a third straight game with a knee injury. Wiggins is questionable because of illness, while guard Vega Ioane is set to return Thursday.
The Baltimore Ravens have ruled safety Jaylinn Hawkins out of Thursday’s game against the Jacksonville Jaguars with a knee injury. Cornerback Nate Wiggins is questionable because of an illness, according to the team’s final injury report.
Hawkins will miss his third consecutive game. Wiggins missed Wednesday’s session, leaving his availability unresolved ahead of the November 5 matchup in Baltimore.
The Ravens held a walkthrough Wednesday, and the team said the participation grades on its report were practice estimates. Wiggins’ Questionable designation does not rule him out.
Baltimore will have rookie guard Vega Ioane available after he missed one game with a knee injury. Ioane had no game designation following two days of full participation on the injury report.
Ioane was hurt in the first quarter against Cincinnati. His return restores an option on the offensive line as the Ravens prepare to start Joe Fagnano at quarterback without Lamar Jackson and Tyler Huntley.
Jacksonville also has two unresolved starting-player decisions. Running back Bhayshul Tuten is questionable after missing the week’s practices with ankle and foot injuries, while defensive end Travon Walker is questionable with a rib injury.
