Missouri’s Aidan Chronister Out With Hand Injury; Re-Evaluation Set for Four Weeks
Missouri disclosed Chronister’s injury Tuesday. The four-week checkpoint is a re-evaluation for possible game action, rather than a guaranteed return.

Missouri freshman Aidan Chronister is out with a hand injury suffered during Monday’s practice and will be re-evaluated for possible game action in four weeks, KOMU reported Tuesday, citing a team announcement.
The November 3 update establishes a reassessment timeline rather than a confirmed return date. Chronister, a freshman from Rogers, Arkansas, was unavailable as Missouri prepared to begin its season against Cleveland State on Tuesday.
On3’s account of the statement described the injury as involving his non-shooting wrist. The 6-foot-7 wing scored nine points across Missouri’s two preseason exhibitions, adding three rebounds and four assists while playing slightly more than 31 minutes.
Chronister averaged 23.8 points, 6.3 rebounds and 5.2 assists during his senior season at The New School in Arkansas, according to On3. His absence adds to Missouri’s early availability problems: Jaylen Carey was serving an indefinite suspension, CJ Gunn had been ruled ineligible, and Luke Northweather was held out of the opener as a precaution.
