The French Professional Football League has opened bidding for domestic rights to every Ligue 1 match from the 2027-28 season through 2031-32.

The LFP announced the tender Tuesday, offering the competition as a single package. Bidders can seek either the rights to broadcast all matches or exclusive distribution of the league’s Ligue 1+ service.

The consultation runs from November 3 through December 3, 2026. The LFP and LFP Media will assess the offers under the tender procedure.

The league said the two options would allow it to compare a conventional rights sale with a distribution partnership using Ligue 1+’s existing production operation and subscriber base. No winning bidder or financial terms have been announced.
