Sunday night update · September 27, 2026 · 7:27 PM MDT
Sunday’s completed games have shifted the fantasy priority from setting afternoon lineups to evaluating production, following injuries and managing the remaining Monday choices. The advice below assumes typical 12-team PPR formats; league eligibility and lock rules still govern every move.
Remaining lineup decisions
Puka Nacua, Tutu Atwell and CJ Daniels are inactive. The Rams–Broncos game has started: Rams players are locked in standard game-time-lock formats. Colby Parkinson, Terrance Ferguson and Davante Adams are participating. Do not treat them as available late replacements; any remaining moves depend on your platform and eligible Monday players.
Marvin Mims and Lil’Jordan Humphrey are inactive. Denver’s game has started, so Broncos players are locked in standard game-time-lock formats. J.K. Dobbins and RJ Harvey are participating; their current production does not establish a fixed future workload.
FOX Sports’ Jay Glazer reported that Case Keenum will start Monday, with Tyson Bagent backing him up despite clearing concussion protocol. Caleb Williams remains out. Do not treat Bagent’s medical clearance as a starting assignment; Keenum is a deep superflex emergency rather than a preferred one-quarterback option.
Injury follow-up
Postgame update, 6:07 p.m. MDT: Baker Mayfield dislocated his right thumb in the fourth quarter and will undergo an MRI Monday, coach Todd Bowles said. Travis Etienne did not return for New Orleans; the checked league report did not specify his injury. Their next-game availability remains unresolved.
Jefferson’s ankle, Evans’ ribs, Hall’s thigh and Achane’s knee require follow-up before Week 4 decisions. Their exits are confirmed; a specific absence length should not be invented. Keep valuable injured players rostered while evaluating available contingency options. McMillan’s knee injury also supersedes the earlier note that he was active against Minnesota.
Las Vegas receiver Jack Bech reportedly suffered a broken forearm and is expected to go on injured reserve, according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport. Treat that as reported information until the roster move appears. Do not assign all of his opportunity to a single teammate.
What the completed games showed
Derrick Henry rushed 26 times for 89 yards and two touchdowns in Baltimore’s 34–31 win. Zay Flowers caught five passes for 84 yards and added 20 rushing yards. Lamar Jackson threw for 186 yards and two scores and ran for 50. These completed results replace the earlier uncertainty about Flowers’ Sunday participation.
CeeDee Lamb caught seven passes for 112 yards and a two-point conversion in the 34–31 loss. Javonte Williams had 19 carries for 98 yards and a touchdown. Jake Ferguson caught a touchdown, while KaVontae Turpin scored on a run. Week 3 is complete; none is an available late replacement.
Brock Bowers caught 10 of 13 targets for 116 yards and a touchdown in Las Vegas’ 35–27 win. Kirk Cousins threw three touchdown passes. Bowers’ actual receiving workload supersedes the earlier uncertainty about his first appearance; it does not establish a fixed future target total.
Tyler Shough completed 29 of 42 passes for 250 yards, four touchdowns and one interception in the 35–27 loss. Juwan Johnson and Noah Fant each caught two touchdowns, while Chris Olave finished with nine catches for 107 yards. Touchdowns were spread across two tight ends; neither result guarantees next week’s scoring opportunities.
Jahmyr Gibbs ran for 99 yards and two touchdowns on 20 carries and caught seven passes for 65 yards and another score. His 27 touches produced 164 scrimmage yards in Detroit’s 31–24 win. Retain him as a central lineup piece; do not project three touchdowns into the next matchup.
George Kittle caught six passes for 82 yards and two touchdowns in the 36–30 win. Christian McCaffrey had 75 rushing yards, a rushing touchdown and four catches for 41 yards. Mike Evans left with a rib injury; a reported Monday evaluation is pending. Do not carry the earlier active-status reassurance into next-week advice.
Michael Wilson caught 11 of 17 targets for 89 yards and a touchdown. Trey McBride had nine catches for 75 yards. Jeremiyah Love had 21 carries for 90 yards plus five catches for 19 yards and a touchdown. Arizona lost 36–30; these are completed results, not available Week 3 lineup choices.
Justin Jefferson was ruled out with an ankle injury after two catches for 32 yards. Jordan Addison caught five passes for 90 yards and a touchdown in the 23–16 win. Aaron Jones had 17 carries and five catches. Monitor the injury follow-up before assigning Addison a sustained target increase.
Jaylen Warren rushed 17 times for 127 yards and added three catches for 49 in Pittsburgh’s 30–27 win. Aaron Rodgers threw for 292 yards and three touchdowns. This is completed-game production, not a remaining Sunday lineup decision.
James Cook III carried 24 times for 154 yards and a touchdown. Josh Allen ran for two scores but threw two interceptions and no touchdown passes in the 24–16 win. Buffalo’s game is complete; separate those actual results from next-week recommendations.
Completed-game usage does not establish next week’s snap share. Week 2 leaderboards and historical formation data retain their original periods; they are not relabelled as Week 3 results. The team notes below identify the changes checked in this evening pass, while untouched earlier reports retain their original check times.
