The Cleveland Browns host the Pittsburgh Steelers on Thursday with both teams 2–1, beginning Week 4 with a divisional game between clubs that each won their previous outing.

Kickoff at Huntington Bank Field is scheduled for 8:15 p.m. Eastern, with coverage on Prime Video. Every AFC North team entered the week at 2–1, leaving the division level after three games.

Cleveland has won twice since opening the season with a 34–10 loss to Jacksonville. The Browns beat Tampa Bay 23–19 and Carolina 21–18, with both victories decided late in the game.

Deshaun Watson remained Cleveland’s starting quarterback through that stretch under new head coach Todd Monken. Thursday brings a division opponent after the Browns’ first three games came against teams outside the AFC North.

Pittsburgh is coming off a 30–27 victory against Cincinnati. The Steelers’ earlier road game ended in a 20–3 defeat at New England, and they now travel to Cleveland for another game away from home.

Aaron Rodgers is Pittsburgh’s starting quarterback. The 42-year-old veteran leads an offense that scored 30 points in its most recent game after being held to three in its previous road appearance.

Cleveland ruled out center Elgton Jenkins with a concussion and guard Teven Jenkins with a back injury. Wide receiver Tylan Wallace is also unavailable because of a knee injury, according to the final Thursday-game injury report.

Cornerback Tyson Campbell, tackle Tytus Howard and safety Grant Delpit finished the practice week as full participants. Campbell and Howard had knee issues, while Delpit was listed with a shoulder injury. None received a game-status designation on the final report.

Pittsburgh ruled out running back Rico Dowdle because of a toe injury. Defensive backs Jalen Ramsey and Brandin Echols were listed as questionable, with Ramsey managing a wrist issue and Echols in the concussion protocol.

The clubs will announce their inactive players before kickoff. Thursday’s final injury designations leave both teams with lineup decisions ahead of a game that will separate their matching records.
