Browns Clear Jared Verse for Saints Game, Rule Out Maliek Collins

Cleveland Browns edge rusher Jared Verse is available for Sunday’s game against the New Orleans Saints, but defensive tackle Maliek Collins will miss it with an elbow injury, according to the teams’ final injury report Friday.

Verse was limited Wednesday with a knee injury before practicing fully Thursday and Friday. Collins missed all three practices. He hurt his elbow in the second quarter of last week’s game against Pittsburgh and returned in the second half. Cleveland lists Mike Hall Jr. behind Collins on its unofficial depth chart.

Linebacker Carson Schwesinger also carries no game designation after practicing fully Friday. Wrist and ankle injuries had limited him earlier in the week. On the other side, New Orleans listed left tackle Kelvin Banks Jr. (ankle) as questionable. Running back Alvin Kamara practiced fully Friday and has no game designation.

Cleveland (5-3) visits New Orleans (2-5) at 1 p.m. ET at the Caesars Superdome.
