Linus Ullmark Returns to the Ice During Senators Practice
Ullmark skated at the end of Ottawa’s November 3 practice, but no activation or confirmed game return was announced.

Linus Ullmark returned to the ice at the end of Ottawa Senators practice Tuesday, November 3, taking another step in his recovery from a lower-body injury.
Coach Travis Green described it as a “step in the right direction,” according to the NHL’s status report. The update did not announce that Ullmark had been activated from injured reserve or cleared to return to a game.
The goalie left in the third period of Ottawa’s 5–1 win over the Florida Panthers on October 21. After making a right kick save, he needed assistance from a trainer and forward Claude Giroux to leave the ice.
Ottawa subsequently placed him on injured reserve. The initial expectation was an absence of one to two weeks; that estimate dates to the original injury and was not presented Tuesday as a new recovery timetable.
The Senators visit the Buffalo Sabres on Wednesday, November 4, at 7:30 p.m. EST. They then have two days without a game before hosting the Utah Mammoth on Saturday to begin a three-game homestand. Tuesday’s practice appearance alone does not settle Ullmark’s availability for either fixture.
