Allen described the plan during a question-and-answer appearance, saying it depended on his demonstrating that he could reach his best physical condition, talkSPORT reported Tuesday.
The proposal would give Allen a high-profile opponent, but the current account does not establish a signed contract, a fixed date or a completed event announcement.
