Oregon Expects Dante Moore to Miss Rest of Season With Concussion
Dan Lanning says Moore has not been medically cleared after the September 26 injury against USC.

Oregon expects quarterback Dante Moore to miss the rest of the season as he continues recovering from a concussion, coach Dan Lanning said Monday.
Moore has not received medical clearance to return after the September 26 game against Southern California, Reuters reported. Lanning emphasized that the absence is a medical decision.
The quarterback has thrown at practice during his recovery. That activity has not translated into permission to resume competition.
Oregon has gone 1–2 without him and changed offensive coordinators after its loss to Illinois. The Ducks must now organize the remainder of the season around their available quarterbacks.
Throwing in a practice setting can easily be mistaken for an imminent game return when a player remains visible around the team. In Moore’s case, Lanning’s update makes the operative status clear: he is still not cleared. Any future change must come through a new medical and team update, rather than an inference drawn from a brief appearance on the practice field.
