NFL Sunday Injury Report: Daniels Alert, McConkey Out With Concussion
Sunday injury updates for 22 players.
Atlanta linebacker Kendal Daniels was alert and had movement in all his extremities after leaving Sunday’s game against Chicago on a stretcher, the Falcons said. He was taken to Grady Memorial Hospital for further evaluation following the third-quarter incident. The team’s report did not announce that he had been discharged or give a return timetable.
Rams kicker Blake Grupe joined Los Angeles on Wednesday, replacing Harrison Mevis. He had spent the first five weeks of the season on the Jets’ practice squad, according to the Rams’ account of his arrival.
New England also faces a short turnaround. Coach Mike Vrabel said after the Jets game he did not know whether Romeo Doubs or Alijah Vera-Tucker would be available Thursday after neither finished Sunday’s game. His comments came in the team’s postgame transcript.
Game statuses below apply to October 18. Cesar Ruiz and Darnell Mooney did not return. Future availability was not established in the league’s injury update.
