Jayden Daniels is out with an elbow injury; Washington calls him week to week and does not plan to place him on injured reserve. Marcus Mariota will start against Seattle. Chig Okonkwo and Sam Cosmi are also out. Keep Mariota as a deeper superflex fallback and replace Okonkwo without assuming another Washington tight end inherits reliable volume.

Edition overview, reporting cutoff, status key and sources
Reporting cutoff: September 26, 2026 · 1:52 p.m. MDT.
Caleb Williams and Dallas Goedert are out, Alec Pierce is on injured reserve, and Barkley and DeVonta Smith are available. Saturday decisions for all 32 teams.
Resolve your quarterback and receiver replacements
Chicago has ruled Caleb Williams out for Monday against Philadelphia. Tyson Bagent practiced fully Saturday but remains questionable while completing concussion protocol. An updated NFL report corrected the earlier suggestion that Bagent had already cleared it. The Bears have not confirmed a starter, so replace Williams before available Sunday quarterbacks lock rather than assuming Bagent or Case Keenum will play.
Indianapolis placed Alec Pierce on injured reserve, signed Anthony Gould to the active roster and elevated Nick Westbrook-Ikhine. Josh Downs retains the selected PPR flex call, while Tyler Warren remains a starting tight-end option. The roster moves provide depth without establishing a new target distribution.
- Confirmed replacements: Nico Collins, Mason Taylor, Jonah Coleman and Jayden Daniels remain out. Jaxson Dart is on injured reserve. Remove those players from upcoming lineup decisions under your league’s eligibility rules.
- Late-window insurance: Brock Bowers and Zay Flowers remain questionable. Keep an eligible alternative, especially if that replacement plays earlier. Puka Nacua remains doubtful for Sunday night, so prefer a healthy earlier receiver unless you can cover a late absence.
- Philadelphia’s final decisions: Goedert, Marquise Brown and Fred Johnson are out. Barkley and DeVonta Smith practiced fully and have no game designation. Replace Goedert before Sunday alternatives lock; Zach Ertz has no confirmed elevation or receiving workload.
- Saturday depth moves: Houston elevated Lewis Bond, Carolina elevated David Moore and Anthony Tyus III, and Tennessee elevated Michael Carter. The Jets signed Jamaal Pritchett and elevated Sterling Shepard. These moves provide cover without proving a usable fantasy workload.
Atlanta–Green Bay finished Thursday. Those players remain marked as completed games. Last week’s leaders and usage tables still cover the completed Week 2 period; partial Week 3 results are not presented as a finished weekly leaderboard.
Open the updated lineup guide and injury watch or inspect all 32 team formations and player profiles. Calls assume a typical 12-team, full-PPR, one-QB league. Check your scoring, eligibility and lineup-lock rules.
The remaining decision windows
Bagent’s remaining concussion checks and Chicago’s starting-quarterback decision remain unresolved. Sunday’s early games begin at 11 a.m. MDT / 1 p.m. ET, with official inactive lists generally available about 90 minutes before kickoff. Later games have separate deadlines. Confirm availability before each replacement’s own game locks, and keep an eligible fallback for Sunday-night and Monday players.
