Team updates
Green Bay Packers Reed and two starting linemen ruled out Thursday
Jayden Reed, Aaron Banks and Zach Bako-Bewele are out. Anthony Belton, Donovan Jennings and Bo Melton have no game designation. Replace Reed now. Christian Watson and Matthew Golden merit closer attention, but the line absences and uncertain target distribution prevent an automatic upgrade for every available receiver.
- Zach Bako-Bewele: Out. Knee; Thursday final report. Will not play.
- Aaron Banks: Out. Knee / Toe; Thursday final report. Will not play.
- Anthony Belton: No game designation. Elbow; Thursday final report. Confirm the pregame active list; no normal workload guarantee.

- Bo Melton: No game designation. Neck; Thursday final report. Confirm the pregame active list; no normal workload guarantee.
- Jayden Reed: Out. Neck; Thursday final report. Will not play.
Atlanta Falcons Penix cleared for Thursday; one-QB caution remains
Michael Penix Jr. and Tua Tagovailoa finished the report without a game designation. Penix remains the announced starter. His first start back creates uncertainty about performance rather than a current injury designation. Prefer an established one-QB option; confirm the active list before Thursday’s 6:15 p.m. MDT kickoff.
- Michael Penix Jr.: No game designation. Knee; Thursday final report. Confirm the pregame active list; no normal workload guarantee.
- Nick Muse: No game designation. Shoulder; Thursday final report. Confirm the pregame active list; no normal workload guarantee.
- Brian Robinson: No game designation. Ankle; Thursday final report. Confirm the pregame active list; no normal workload guarantee.
- Tua Tagovailoa: No game designation. Oblique; Thursday final report. Confirm the pregame active list; no normal workload guarantee.

New York Giants Dart out for regular season; Winston confirmed to start
The Giants confirmed that Jaxson Dart will miss the rest of the regular season and Jameis Winston will start against Tennessee. Malik Nabers and Andrew Thomas were limited on the team’s Wednesday report. Replace Dart; treat Winston as a deeper-league fallback while reassessing the receivers with their new quarterback.
- Malik Nabers: Limited Wednesday. Shoulder; Wednesday participation; final game status is not assigned in this check.
- Andrew Thomas: Limited Wednesday. Groin; Wednesday participation; final game status is not assigned in this check.
- Jermaine Eluemunor: Full Wednesday. Thigh; Wednesday participation; final game status is not assigned in this check.
- Francis Mauigoa: Full Wednesday. Neck; Wednesday participation; final game status is not assigned in this check.

Chicago Bears Williams and Bagent uncertain; Keenum takes practice reps
Caleb Williams remains week to week with a hamstring injury, and Tyson Bagent is in concussion protocol. Case Keenum handled Wednesday’s first-team work, but Chicago has not named Monday’s starter. Secure a healthy quarterback before earlier games lock. Do not treat Bagent as a confirmed replacement or promote receivers on an assumed QB outcome.
- Caleb Williams: Week 3 uncertain. Hamstring; week to week. Monday starter not announced.
- Tyson Bagent: Concussion protocol. Unable to practice; not a confirmed replacement for Williams.
- Case Keenum: Conditional replacement. First-team practice reps Wednesday; starts only if Williams and Bagent cannot play.
Indianapolis Colts Pierce headed to IR; Downs retains the PPR flex call
Indianapolis announced plans to place Alec Pierce on injured reserve. Ashton Dulin remained out of practice; Laquon Treadwell practiced fully. Jonathan Taylor and Keenan Allen were limited for veteran rest. Josh Downs remains a PPR flex option, while Allen and Tyler Warren also compete for the available receiving work. Darius Slayton signed September 22; monitor his role before assigning him a fantasy start.
- Darius Slayton: Active roster. Signed September 22; receiving workload not established.
- Alec Pierce: IR placement announced. Heel; the Colts announced plans for injured reserve. Remove from the Week 3 lineup.
- Ashton Dulin: Did not practice Wednesday. Ankle; final availability pending.
- Laquon Treadwell: Full Wednesday. Shoulder; full practice is not a workload promise.
- Jonathan Taylor: Limited Wednesday. Veteran rest; no injury-based downgrade assigned.
- Keenan Allen: Limited Wednesday. Veteran rest; no injury-based downgrade assigned.
- Matt Goncalves: Full Wednesday. Foot; final availability pending.
Carolina Panthers Brooks on IR; Hubbard’s role becomes more secure
Carolina placed Jonathon Brooks on injured reserve. Chuba Hubbard is the first back to consider for the vacated work, with AJ Dillon also available. Jalen Coker was limited. Darren Waller’s missed practice was listed as rest; his cautious fantasy call rests on receiving volume, not an invented injury concern.
- Darren Waller: Did not practice Wednesday. Not injury-related/rest; Wednesday participation; final game status is not assigned in this check.
- Jalen Coker: Limited Wednesday. Ankle; Wednesday participation; final game status is not assigned in this check.
- Jonathon Brooks: Injured reserve. Panthers confirmed the move September 23.
- Chuba Hubbard: Lead back option. Brooks on IR; Hubbard and AJ Dillon remain active-roster backs. No new workload percentage assigned.

Denver Broncos Three backs on the report; avoid a blind Coleman start
Jonah Coleman did not practice with an ankle issue. J.K. Dobbins and RJ Harvey were limited, as was Marvin Mims Jr. Keep Coleman conditional and wait for availability and workload clarity. Denver plays Sunday night, so choose an earlier healthy alternative unless you have an eligible later replacement.
- J.K. Dobbins: Limited Wednesday. Hip; Wednesday participation; final game status is not assigned in this check.
- RJ Harvey: Limited Wednesday. Hamstring; Wednesday participation; final game status is not assigned in this check.
- Marvin Mims Jr.: Limited Wednesday. Foot; Wednesday participation; final game status is not assigned in this check.
- Jonah Coleman: Did not practice Wednesday. Ankle; Wednesday participation; final game status is not assigned in this check.
Los Angeles Rams Nacua misses practice; protect the Sunday-night fallback
Puka Nacua, Jordan Whittington and Colby Parkinson did not practice Wednesday. Terrance Ferguson and Alaric Jackson were limited. Nacua remains a conditional decision for Sunday night. Use a healthy earlier option if uncertainty persists and you lack a viable later replacement; do not assume Whittington or Parkinson can provide cover.
- Terrance Ferguson: Limited Wednesday. Wednesday participation; final game status is not assigned in this check.
- Alaric Jackson: Limited Wednesday. Wednesday participation; final game status is not assigned in this check.
- Puka Nacua: Did not practice Wednesday. Wednesday participation; final game status is not assigned in this check.

New York Jets Taylor misses practice; Smith on injured reserve
Mason Taylor missed practice with a thumb injury, so keep tight-end cover available. Arian Smith is on injured reserve, and Malik McClain has joined the active roster. McClain’s promotion does not establish fantasy volume. Recheck Taylor before choosing between him and a healthy early-window alternative.
- Kene Nwangwu: Did not practice Wednesday. Back; Wednesday participation; final game status is not assigned in this check.
- Mason Taylor: Did not practice Wednesday. Thumb; Wednesday participation; final game status is not assigned in this check.
- Arian Smith: Injured reserve. Jets confirmed season-ending ACL injury.
- Malik McClain: Active roster. Promotion confirmed; no receiving workload established.

Las Vegas Raiders Bowers returns limited; keep tight-end insurance
Brock Bowers was limited Wednesday with a knee issue. That is progress from last week’s absence, but it does not establish Sunday clearance or his normal workload. Keep an alternative such as Dalton Schultz available before the early window closes. Michael Mayer’s role still depends on Bowers’s final availability.
- Brock Bowers: Limited Wednesday. Knee; Wednesday participation; final game status is not assigned in this check.
- Aidan O'Connell: Did not practice Wednesday. NIR-Personal; Wednesday participation; final game status is not assigned in this check.
- Dareke Young: Limited Wednesday. Hamstring; Wednesday participation; final game status is not assigned in this check.
Seattle Seahawks Darnold returns limited; Smith-Njigba stays in the plan
Sam Darnold returned as a limited participant, with the starting decision still to come. Cooper Kupp, Jadarian Price and George Holani were also limited. Keep Jaxon Smith-Njigba in the starting plan; do not label Darnold cleared or automatically transfer last week’s targets to another receiver.
- Sam Darnold: Limited Wednesday. Glute; Wednesday participation; final game status is not assigned in this check.
- George Holani: Limited Wednesday. Knee; Wednesday participation; final game status is not assigned in this check.
- Cooper Kupp: Limited Wednesday. Back; Wednesday participation; final game status is not assigned in this check.
- Jadarian Price: Limited Wednesday. Chest; Wednesday participation; final game status is not assigned in this check.
- Brady Russell: Limited Wednesday. Chest; Wednesday participation; final game status is not assigned in this check.
Baltimore Ravens Flowers misses practice; secure a receiver alternative
Zay Flowers missed Wednesday practice with a hamstring injury. Chris Moore and John Simpson were limited, and Ronnie Stanley did not practice. Keep a healthy receiver alternative available. Rashod Bateman could benefit if Flowers remains out, but Wednesday does not establish Sunday’s availability or target split.
- Zay Flowers: Did not practice Wednesday. Hamstring; Wednesday participation; final game status is not assigned in this check.
- Ronnie Stanley: Did not practice Wednesday. Toe; Wednesday participation; final game status is not assigned in this check.
- Chris Moore: Limited Wednesday. Ankle; Wednesday participation; final game status is not assigned in this check.
- John Simpson: Limited Wednesday. Groin; Wednesday participation; final game status is not assigned in this check.
Houston Texans Collins misses practice; keep Schultz as TE cover
Nico Collins missed Wednesday practice. Dalton Schultz’s absence was listed as rest. Schultz remains a streaming option, with his role dependent in part on Collins’s availability. Do not forecast another 14 targets from one game. Check the final report before choosing him over an established tight end.
- Trent Brown: Did not practice Wednesday. Knee / Wrist; Wednesday participation; final game status is not assigned in this check.
- Nico Collins: Did not practice Wednesday. Hamstring; Wednesday participation; final game status is not assigned in this check.
- Dalton Schultz: Did not practice Wednesday. Not Injury Related - Rest; Wednesday participation; final game status is not assigned in this check.
Arizona Cardinals Brissett full; keep McBride in your plan
Jacoby Brissett was a full participant with a hip issue. Keep Trey McBride in the starting plan while checking the final report. Hjalte Froholdt was limited; Isaac Seumalo’s absence was listed as rest. Wednesday participation is not a final Sunday designation.
- Isaac Seumalo: Did not practice Wednesday. NIR-Rest; Wednesday participation; final game status is not assigned in this check.
- Hjalte Froholdt: Limited Wednesday. Knee; Wednesday participation; final game status is not assigned in this check.
- Jacoby Brissett: Full Wednesday. Hip; Wednesday participation; final game status is not assigned in this check.
Buffalo Bills Coleman absent, Moore limited; Allen remains a start
Keon Coleman did not practice and DJ Moore was limited. Ty Johnson practiced fully. Keep Josh Allen and James Cook in the starting plan; the receiver absences need another check before projecting additional work for Khalil Shakir or Dalton Kincaid.
- Keon Coleman: Did not practice Wednesday. Ankle; Wednesday participation; final game status is not assigned in this check.
- Ty Johnson: Full Wednesday. Hamstring; Wednesday participation; final game status is not assigned in this check.
- DJ Moore: Limited Wednesday. Shoulder; Wednesday participation; final game status is not assigned in this check.
- Ar'maj Reed-Adams: Limited Wednesday. Elbow; Wednesday participation; final game status is not assigned in this check.
Cincinnati Bengals Iosivas headed to IR; Bengals plan a committee
Cincinnati says Andrei Iosivas is headed to injured reserve after a thumb injury. The team expects several receivers and tight ends to cover his work. Keep established starters ahead of speculative replacements; no single reserve inherits his snaps or targets. Wednesday’s report lists Iosivas as a nonparticipant.
- Andrei Iosivas: IR placement announced. Thumb; club says a committee will replace his work. No single successor confirmed.
Cleveland Browns Boston remains a flex option; monitor the protection
Tytus Howard was limited and Teven Jenkins missed practice. Denzel Boston remains a selected PPR flex option against Carolina, supported by his completed Week 2 receiving work. The offensive-line report adds uncertainty; it does not supply a new points projection or make every receiver a start.
- Tytus Howard: Limited Wednesday. Knee; Wednesday participation; final game status is not assigned in this check.
- Teven Jenkins: Did not practice Wednesday. Back; Wednesday participation; final game status is not assigned in this check.
Dallas Cowboys Lamb stays in the lineup; defensive absences need follow-up
Dallas’s Wednesday injury list concerns the defense rather than CeeDee Lamb’s offensive role. Keep Lamb in the starting plan for the Baltimore matchup in Rio. An absent name on Wednesday’s report is not a guarantee of game-day availability; revisit the final report and Sunday inactives.
Detroit Lions Gibbs remains a start while the line is monitored
Ben Bartch did not practice, while Christian Mahogany, Blake Miller and Tate Ratledge were limited. Keep Jahmyr Gibbs in the starting plan against the Jets. Recheck the line’s final availability before revising expectations; last week’s receiving work supports the call without guaranteeing another score.
- Ben Bartch: Did not practice Wednesday. Foot; Wednesday participation; final game status is not assigned in this check.
- Christian Mahogany: Limited Wednesday. Hip; Wednesday participation; final game status is not assigned in this check.
- Blake Miller: Limited Wednesday. Knee; Wednesday participation; final game status is not assigned in this check.
- Tate Ratledge: Limited Wednesday. Elbow; Wednesday participation; final game status is not assigned in this check.
Jacksonville Jaguars Meyers limited; keep a receiver fallback ready
Jakobi Meyers and LeQuint Allen Jr. were limited, along with linemen Cole Van Lanen and Robert Hainsey. Keep a receiver alternative available if Meyers’s status worsens. Wednesday’s limited work is not an out designation, and it does not establish a changed backfield split.
- LeQuint Allen Jr.: Limited Wednesday. Hip; Wednesday participation; final game status is not assigned in this check.
- Robert Hainsey: Limited Wednesday. Elbow/Groin; Wednesday participation; final game status is not assigned in this check.
- Jakobi Meyers: Limited Wednesday. Thumb; Wednesday participation; final game status is not assigned in this check.
- Cole Van Lanen: Limited Wednesday. Knee; Wednesday participation; final game status is not assigned in this check.
Kansas City Chiefs Mahomes and Rice full; Simmons still absent
Patrick Mahomes and Rashee Rice practiced fully with knee issues on the report. Josh Simmons did not practice. Full participation supports keeping the regular passing options in the plan, but the final availability check still matters. Do not carry last week’s injury designation into Sunday by default.
- Josh Simmons: Did not practice Wednesday. Back; Wednesday participation; final game status is not assigned in this check.
- Rashee Rice: Full Wednesday. Knee; Wednesday participation; final game status is not assigned in this check.
- Patrick Mahomes: Full Wednesday. Knee; Wednesday participation; final game status is not assigned in this check.
Los Angeles Chargers McConkey full; tight-end depth changes
Ladd McConkey practiced fully. David Njoku is on injured reserve, Charlie Kolar did not practice after forearm surgery, and Hayden Rucci has joined the active roster. Oronde Gadsden is a depth option to monitor, not an automatic fantasy starter. Rashawn Slater and Cole Strange were limited.
- Kayode Awosika: Did not practice Wednesday. Fibula; Wednesday participation; final game status is not assigned in this check.
- Charlie Kolar: Did not practice Wednesday. Forearm; Wednesday participation; final game status is not assigned in this check.

Miami Dolphins Receiver participation remains mixed
Chris Bell and Ryan Miller were limited, while Caleb Douglas did not practice. Jaylen Wright was also limited. Keep fringe receiver and backfield choices conditional until the final report. The available participation data does not establish a new lead receiving role or a revised workload split.
- Chris Bell: Limited Wednesday. Wednesday participation; final game status is not assigned in this check.
- Caleb Douglas: Did not practice Wednesday. Wednesday participation; final game status is not assigned in this check.
- Ryan Miller: Limited Wednesday. Wednesday participation; final game status is not assigned in this check.

Minnesota Vikings Jones absent; Murray remains the announced quarterback

- Aaron Jones: Did not practice Wednesday. Knee; Wednesday participation; final game status is not assigned in this check.
- DeeJay Dallas: Limited Wednesday. Toe; Wednesday participation; final game status is not assigned in this check.
- Brian O'Neill: Limited Wednesday. Knee; Wednesday participation; final game status is not assigned in this check.
- Nick Samac: Limited Wednesday. Knee; Wednesday participation; final game status is not assigned in this check.
New England Patriots Onwenu on IR; use the current Jaguars report
New England placed Mike Onwenu on injured reserve, and Greg Van Roten is now first listed at right guard. Reggie Gilliam, Eli Raridon, Dametrious Crownover and Morgan Moses were limited. The current Week 3 report supersedes the older Seahawks widget; it does not list TreVeyon Henderson as out.
- Dametrious Crownover: Limited Wednesday. Knee; Wednesday participation; final game status is not assigned in this check.
- Reggie Gilliam: Limited Wednesday. Knee; Wednesday participation; final game status is not assigned in this check.
- Morgan Moses: Limited Wednesday. Foot; Wednesday participation; final game status is not assigned in this check.
- Eli Raridon: Limited Wednesday. Thigh; Wednesday participation; final game status is not assigned in this check.
- Mike Onwenu: Injured reserve. Patriots transaction announcement September 22.
- Greg Van Roten: First listed at right guard. Official team depth chart; no inherited historical grade.
New Orleans Saints Etienne limited; Banks on IR affects the line
Travis Etienne was limited with a hamstring issue, and Barion Brown did not practice. Kelvin Banks Jr. is on injured reserve. Tyler Shough remains a selected streaming option, with the protection change part of the risk. Keep a running-back fallback until Etienne’s final availability is known.
- Barion Brown: Did not practice Wednesday. Hamstring; Wednesday participation; final game status is not assigned in this check.
- Travis Etienne: Limited Wednesday. Hamstring; Wednesday participation; final game status is not assigned in this check.
- Kelvin Banks Jr.: Injured reserve. Saints transaction announcement September 23.
Philadelphia Eagles Ertz signing confirmed; Monday availability still pending
Philadelphia confirmed the Zach Ertz signing. The transaction page lists the move as a practice-squad addition, which does not establish elevation or workload. Dallas Goedert’s earlier injury concern remains unresolved in this review. Monday-game practice designations are still pending; plan tight-end cover before Sunday options lock.
- Zach Ertz: Practice squad. Signing confirmed September 22; no elevation or workload established.
- Dallas Goedert: Week 3 uncertain. Earlier expected absence retained; Monday-game report not yet available in this review.
Pittsburgh Steelers Both backs on report; Pittman limited
Rico Dowdle missed Wednesday practice, while Jaylen Warren and Michael Pittman Jr. were limited. Keep alternatives available at running back and receiver. A limited return does not confirm a full workload, and Dowdle’s missed practice alone does not settle the backfield split.
- Michael Pittman: Limited Wednesday. Foot; Wednesday participation; final game status is not assigned in this check.
- Rico Dowdle: Did not practice Wednesday. Toe; Wednesday participation; final game status is not assigned in this check.
- Jaylen Warren: Limited Wednesday. Shoulder; Wednesday participation; final game status is not assigned in this check.
San Francisco 49ers Evans and Robinson miss practice; separate rest from injury
Mike Evans and Demarcus Robinson did not practice. Christian McCaffrey and Trent Williams were listed for rest, so their absence alone is not a reason to downgrade them. Keep a receiver alternative ready and follow the final report before treating either injured wideout as available.
- Christian McCaffrey: Did not practice Wednesday. Rest; no injury downgrade from this absence alone.
- Trent Williams: Did not practice Wednesday. Rest; no injury downgrade from this absence alone.
- Mike Evans: Did not practice Wednesday. Hip; final availability pending.
- Demarcus Robinson: Did not practice Wednesday. Ankle; final availability pending.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers Mayfield and McMillan full on Wednesday
Baker Mayfield practiced fully with an illness listed, and Jalen McMillan was full with a knee issue. Keep their current roles in view while awaiting the final report. McMillan’s Week 2 questionable tag is historical and should not be presented as this week’s game designation.
- Baker Mayfield: Full Wednesday. Illness; Wednesday participation; final game status is not assigned in this check.
- Jalen McMillan: Full Wednesday. Knee; Wednesday participation; final game status is not assigned in this check.
Tennessee Titans Pollard and Spears miss practice; backfield unresolved
Tony Pollard and Tyjae Spears did not practice Wednesday. The team widget identifies Pollard’s ankle issue but leaves Spears’s injury field blank in this capture. Keep both decisions conditional and check the next report. Do not invent a diagnosis or promote a reserve to a confirmed lead role.
- Fernando Carmona: Full Wednesday. Shoulder; Wednesday participation; final game status is not assigned in this check.
- Tony Pollard: Did not practice Wednesday. Ankle; Wednesday participation; final game status is not assigned in this check.
- Tyjae Spears: Did not practice Wednesday. Wednesday participation; final game status is not assigned in this check.
Washington Commanders Mariota prepares to start; Okonkwo still absent
Marcus Mariota is preparing to replace Jayden Daniels against Seattle. Daniels and Chig Okonkwo did not practice; Kaytron Allen and Jaylin Lane were limited. Mariota remains a deeper superflex fallback rather than the first one-QB pickup. Maintain tight-end cover and recheck the final report.
- Jayden Daniels: Out for Week 3. Left elbow; Mariota is preparing to start.
- Marcus Mariota: Week 3 starter. Preparing to replace Daniels against Seattle.
- Chig Okonkwo: Did not practice Wednesday. Hamstring; keep tight-end cover.

Edition overview, reporting cutoff, status key and sources
Reporting cutoff: September 23, 2026 · 8:30 p.m. MDT.
Set the next lineup decision before it locks. Thursday’s final report rules out Jayden Reed and two Green Bay linemen, while the Giants have confirmed their quarterback change. The remaining teams are at different stages of the practice week; Wednesday participation does not settle Sunday or Monday availability.
Make these moves first
- Replace Reed before Atlanta at Green Bay on Thursday at 6:15 p.m. MDT / 8:15 p.m. ET.
- Plan without Jaxson Dart, Jonathon Brooks and Alec Pierce. Winston is the Giants’ confirmed starter, while Downs and Hubbard remain useful roster decisions.
- Keep backup plans for Puka Nacua, Brock Bowers, Mason Taylor and Denver’s backfield. A late-game gamble needs an eligible later alternative.
- Chicago has not named Monday’s quarterback. Bagent is also in concussion protocol, so secure another option before earlier games begin.
Use the Week 3 lineup guide or check the team formations and player profiles. The recommendations assume a typical 12-team, full-PPR, one-QB league. These are selected editorial calls, not complete league rankings.
What remains unresolved
Sunday and Monday game-status reports and final inactive lists are still ahead. The next priority is Thursday’s Falcons-Packers active list, followed by the remaining teams’ practice reports. This is a dated review, not continuous monitoring. Completed Week 2 usage and leaderboards retain their original period; routes, new grades and projected points are not invented from injury news.
Updates our earlier entry.
