Charlotte Hornets forward Brandon Miller is day to day after suffering a shin contusion in practice, the team’s public relations account said Tuesday.
The Hornets ruled Miller out of their preseason game at Brooklyn in an injury update reproduced by HoopsHype. The announcement gave no return date.
Rookie guard Christian Anderson also missed the game after spraining his left ankle in practice. Charlotte listed him as day to day as well.
Miller averaged 20.2 points, 4.9 rebounds and 3.3 assists in 65 regular-season games last season, according to RotoWire’s report.
