NFL Week 4 TV ratings: CBS leads with 28.45 million

The confirmed U.S. audiences for Week 4, with CBS, FOX and Prime Video up from last year and three broadcasts still awaiting verified figures.

CBS’s Sunday late window averaged 28.45 million viewers, leading the confirmed NFL Week 4 audiences and rising 20% from the comparable window last year, according to Sports Media Watch.

The CBS late number includes several games. Chiefs–Raiders aired in 69% of markets, while Broncos–49ers aired in 21%. It is the audience for that broadcast window.

Steelers–Browns on Prime Video peaked at 18.50 million viewers in a 15-minute interval. Its average was up 19% from Seahawks–Cardinals in the 2025 Week 4 Thursday night slot.
