Jacksonville safety Eric Murray is active for the London game. The Jaguars’ inactive list names Montaric Brown, Ross Matiscik, C.J. Williams, Albert Regis, Wesley Williams, Jaylon Jones and Jalen Huskey.

Houston’s inactives are Jalen Pitre, David Montgomery, Sabastian Harsh, Febechi Nwaiwu, Braden Smith, Nathan Thomas and Marlin Klein.

Houston has ruled out receiver Tank Dell with a knee injury, running back David Montgomery with a groin injury and safety Jalen Pitre with a shoulder injury. Linebacker Henry To’oTo’o and safety Ja’Marcus Ingram are questionable, according to the final injury report.

Jacksonville cornerback Montaric Brown is out with a hamstring injury, and long snapper Ross Matiscik is out with a shoulder injury. Cornerback Jaylon Jones is questionable with a hamstring injury. Final game-day inactive lists are still pending.
