Hockey Hall of Fame Induction 2026: Dates, Class and What the Tickets Include
Toronto’s November 7–9 celebration ends with the Monday induction ceremony. Here are the six inductees, EST schedule and differences between gala admission, ceremony seats and weekend packages.

The Hockey Hall of Fame’s 2026 Induction Weekend runs November 7–9 in Toronto, ending with Monday’s induction ceremony. The important ticket distinction is between admission to the gala and a reserved seat for the ceremony. They are separate purchase options.
When are the induction events?
All times below are Eastern Standard Time. The ceremony takes place at the Hockey Hall of Fame in Brookfield Place; Sunday’s Maple Leafs game is at Scotiabank Arena.
| Date | Time (EST) | Event and access |
|---|---|---|
| Saturday, November 7 | 12:30 p.m. | Lanny McDonald photo opportunity at the Hall. Included with the VIP Saturday package. |
| Sunday, November 8 | 1:30 p.m. | Esso Inductee Fan Forum with the Class of 2026 player inductees. Included with eligible Sunday packages, which are sold out. |
| Sunday, November 8 | 7 p.m. | Hockey Hall of Fame Game: Toronto Maple Leafs vs. New Jersey Devils at Scotiabank Arena. The Hall’s game package is sold out. |
| Monday, November 9 | 5:30 p.m. | Induction Gala doors open. |
| Monday, November 9 | 7 p.m. | Guests with reserved ceremony seats should be seated. |
| Monday, November 9 | 7:30 p.m. | Induction ceremony begins. |
The Hall’s event listing notes that appearances and event times can change. A regular Maple Leafs ticket can be purchased separately through the team, subject to availability, but does not include the Hall’s hospitality suite.
Who is in the Class of 2026?
Five players and one builder were selected. Carey Price and Pekka Rinne enter as goaltenders; Patrice Bergeron, Cindy Curley and Keith Tkachuk enter as forwards. Brian Burke was elected for his work as an executive.
| Inductee | Category |
|---|---|
| Patrice Bergeron | Player |
| Brian Burke | Builder |
| Cindy Curley | Player |
| Carey Price | Player |
| Pekka Rinne | Player |
| Keith Tkachuk | Player |
What does each ticket include?
The Hall lists gala admission at CA$400. It includes hospitality and viewing on monitors around the gala, but no reserved ceremony seat. The CA$600 gala-and-ceremony ticket is sold out, and the ceremony waitlist is full. These are the conditions shown in the official listings checked November 2.
Weekend VIP packages are different products. Saturday’s package combines the photo opportunity with museum admission, a signed Class of 2026 print and a souvenir bag. The Hall lists only a few Saturday packages remaining. Sunday packages include the fan forum; the combined Maple Leafs package adds hospitality at the game. The Sunday/Monday package includes gala admission, not a guaranteed ceremony seat; its upgrade waitlist is full.
How do guests enter?
The Hall’s ticket FAQ requires the digital wallet’s QR code at entry; screenshots are not accepted. Sign in before arriving because access uses an emailed verification code. The November 2 wallet-delivery deadline applies to existing purchasers, rather than a new ticket release.
Is the museum open on induction Monday?
The museum is closed Monday, November 9, for gala preparations. The separate Spirit of Hockey store is listed as open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. EST. Evening gala access does not turn Monday into a normal museum visiting day.
