Spain made it three wins from three in Nations League Group A3 with a 3–1 victory over the Czech Republic at the Carlos Tartiere stadium in Oviedo on October 3.
Lamine Yamal opened the scoring in the sixth minute with a curling shot from the edge of the area. Rodri doubled the lead in the 35th minute after combining with Dani Olmo, giving Spain a 2–0 halftime advantage.

Spain reached nine points, three ahead of England after their 7–0 win over Croatia. Croatia had three points and the Czech Republic none after the group’s third round.
