Titans dismiss three business executives ahead of new stadium opening
Tennessee is reorganizing its commercial leadership and plans to hire a chief business officer to oversee revenue, marketing and communications before its new stadium opens in 2027.

The Tennessee Titans have dismissed three senior business executives and plan to hire a new chief business officer as they prepare for their new stadium, according to a team statement reported Thursday by Front Office Sports.
The departing executives are senior vice president and chief revenue officer Adam Nuse, senior vice president of brand marketing Erin Swartz, and vice president of creative Charles Jensen.
Tennessee said an executive vice president and chief business officer will lead its revenue, marketing and communications teams. The club thanked the departing employees for their contributions and described the changes as preparations for the stadium opening and the franchise’s future.
Titans president and CEO Burke Nihill outlined the restructuring in an internal memo to employees, which reporter Paul Kuharsky published Wednesday. Swartz helped lead the team’s logo and uniform rebrand this offseason, Front Office Sports reported.
The new Nissan Stadium is expected to open in 2027 on the east side of the current venue, according to the Titans. The existing stadium continues to host home games and other events during construction.
