FOX’s 2026 MLB regular-season coverage averaged 2.35 million viewers, a 15% increase from 2025, according to the network’s September 29 ratings release.

The network described the average as its strongest regular-season baseball result since 2021. FS1 averaged 359,000 viewers, up 11% from the previous season and its best result since 2018.

The release, reproduced by The Futon Critic, also reported 8.68 million viewers for the All-Star Game, up 21%. Those viewers belong to a separate event and are not the regular-season average.

FOX called its MLB package the most-watched among networks. That is the network’s claim; it should not be treated as a simple ranking against every other published baseball average.

NBC’s reported figure covers a selected primetime sample and combines Nielsen television measurement with Adobe streaming data.

The clear result within FOX’s own release is year-over-year growth for its regular-season coverage. A cross-network ranking requires matched broadcast windows and compatible measurement methods.
