Jordyn Tyson Will Not Practice This Week, Mickey Loomis Says
The Saints rookie remains on injured reserve as New Orleans prepares for Pittsburgh in Paris. The team has a bye before its November 8 game.

Jordyn Tyson will not practice with New Orleans this week, general manager Mickey Loomis said Wednesday, extending the rookie receiver’s absence as the Saints prepare to play Pittsburgh in France.
“He’s improving, but he is not going to practice this week,” Loomis said. The Saints shared the comment through their official account following his Wednesday media availability in France.
Tyson remains on injured reserve with a hamstring injury. He traveled with the team to Paris, but the trip has not brought a return to practice. Saints Wire reported that he suffered the injury during a preseason joint practice with Jacksonville.
The Saints’ schedule gives New Orleans a bye after Sunday’s October 25 game at Stade de France. Their next game is November 8 against Cleveland at the Caesars Superdome. That is the next scheduled opportunity after Paris, rather than an announced return date for Tyson.
New Orleans selected the Arizona State receiver eighth overall in April. His first regular-season appearance remains pending as the team continues to wait for him to resume practice.
