Bentancur Begins Three-Match Ban When Tottenham Host Coventry
Rodrigo Bentancur will miss Monday’s match, with Roberto De Zerbi due to provide the rest of Tottenham’s team news Sunday.

Tottenham will be without Rodrigo Bentancur when they host Coventry City on Monday as the midfielder begins a three-match suspension.
The club confirmed Friday that Bentancur’s ban follows his sending-off at Manchester United last weekend. Manager Roberto De Zerbi is scheduled to hold his pre-match news conference Sunday, when further updates on the squad are expected.
Monday’s Premier League match at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium starts at 8 p.m. British Summer Time. That is 3 p.m. Eastern and 1 p.m. Mountain in North America on October 19.
Newly promoted Coventry are managed by Frank Lampard. Lampard led the club to last season’s Championship title. This is their first Premier League meeting with Tottenham since March 2001, when Spurs won 3–0.
Andy Madley will referee the match, with Paul Tierney responsible for video review.
Tottenham will offer live text and audio commentary through the club’s website and app. Its subscription service, SPURSPLAY, is scheduled to carry highlights and a full replay from midnight after the game.
